I’ve been busy (and lazy) so not a lot has happened as far as the tour goes. The planning is starting and I’ll have more information in the following weeks.
If you have a coop (or a friend has one) that you would like to have on the tour please leave a note and I’ll get back to you.
John

John,
I have a friend flying in from Portland specifically for this tour. Are the 2013 dates cast in stone yet?
Also, a Manitou photography buddy of mine might be interested in shooting the coops for a photo documentary. OK?
Doug
Doug,
The dates are firm. Unless we end up with a major snow/fire or other storm that shuts everything down. Then we would probably try for the next weekend. Good question, I’ll try to get a feel from the coop owners. Showers, light snow? Hey the chickens can handle it.
John
I’m doing a story for Colorado gardener magazine on chickens and fowl in the garden. Can you email/ call me please? wendy@u-hill.net, 303-443-0936 best today, or 303-818-2012 on Monday. I just want to confirm that May 18 and 19 are the days, and maybe get a quote from you about why chickens are popular now.
Thank you. Wendy Underhill
Please consider me for your tour. 719-686-3626
Thanks:)
